All runners will receive a choice of BUFFS at the racce .These BUFFS are perfect for the upcoming Winter and soft and comfortable. We also have a choice , so please come early to get exactly what you want.

Tons of snacks....Halloween is full of snacks and candies...stay after the run for snacks, popcorn a KONA Ice Mobile, Cookies and donuts.

Remember the race with your own MONSTER DASH Pint Glass...each runner will receive a LOGOd glass for their collection.
FINISHER MEDALLION

GLOW STICK/BRACELET
All runners receive a bunch of Gloiw Sticks to wear for the day..and great for our late afternoon run in Louisville.
Kids Love them and use them on Halloween the following week to be safe.

Step back in time, when a local Carnival was fun, junk food and Games... we will have a cotton candy machine on-site for everyone to enjoy.

DENVER- SloAN's Lake COURSES
5k LOOP- Sloans Lake!
One Loop around the gorgeous Sloan's Lake. Great views of the Rocky Mountains and a flat and fast course. One aid station located on the course with water, sports drink and snacks.
10k LOOP- 2 Lake Loops
Same course as the 5k Loop, but will be run 2x with a small additional add-on to the course to make the distance. 2 times the fun and a course to get a PR. Mass start at 9:30am with 5k runners.
LOUISVILLE- 5k/10k Trail COURSES
5k LOOP- View Course!
One loop Up and Back to Community Park...this year runners will go West then back to Community Park...all flat and fast ALL Walkers and Strollers will have no problems.
10k LOOP- Figure 8
The 10k Course will go West first with the 5k runners...with one large hill and great views in the 2nd half when they head East toward Lafayette...THEN...the flat 5k loop out West...with challenging hill out East.
